Getting Started

You can create an account by following these steps:

1. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner of the website.
2. Choose to sign up using your Facebook account or with your email address.
3. Fill in your particulars and click ‘Sign Up’.

You can place an order via the website by following these steps:

  1. Select the products and the quantity you want, and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  2. After you have selected all the items that you want, click on ‘Cart’ at the top right hand corner of the page.
  3. You may adjust the quantity or remove items if you wish to do so.
  4. Once you have checked that the items and quantity are correct, click on ‘Checkout’.

Copper Chimney delivers to most addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore islands, Jurong Island, army camps, air and naval bases, Brani Terminals, Changi Airport and Airline Road.

Orders

At CopperChimney, our promise is to deliver high quality products to you as fresh as it can be. We store and package our products in accordance to market standards, following strict regulations like those of AVA requirements. Your orders are packed on the day of delivery and transported in carefully controlled conditions. For example, meats are delivered in a customized chilled compartment of our delivery van.

We only accept orders made online via www.copperchimney.com.sg at the moment.

As we do not allow cancellations, we appreciate that customers review their order carefully before proceeding to pay.

After signing into your account, go to ‘My Account’  ‘Previous Orders’. Here, you will be able to view your order status as well as your past orders.

Payment

You may choose to pay via Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Delivery

We provide next day delivery (assuming the products you have ordered do not have more than 1 day of lead time). Same day delivery will be made available soon.

We deliver from Mondays to Sundays, excluding public holidays.

You may also wish to opt for self-collection.

Customers enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of $100. For orders below $100, we charge a flat fee of $10. There will also be a $10 delivery surcharge for deliveries to Tuas  and Sentosa.

As we do not allow any change in delivery address or time slot after you have placed your order, we appreciate that customers review their details carefully before proceeding to pay.

Yes, a minimum order of $35 applies for all orders.

As any transport costs incurred in the process will not be reimbursed, please only select the self-collection option if you are comfortable with travelling to our outlet at your own cost.

Self-collection can be done the next day and is available Mondays to Sundays, excluding public holidays:

Mondays - Fridays: 11am-11pm

Saturdays & Sundays: 11am-11pm

 

All you need to do is simply provide the order number or mobile number keyed in during your order to our staff. 

Technical

If you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner of the homepage, followed by ‘Forgot your password?’ on the left side of the page. Enter your registered email address and we will email you a temporary password.

Log in with your temporary password and you will be able to change it to your desired password.

Click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner of the homepage. After logging in, click on ‘Account Information’ at the right side of the page and you will be able to edit your particulars here.

We do not have halal certification.
Our food ingredients used are halal. We do not use pork or lard in any of our preparations.
