THE CAMPAIGN
Travel without packing a bag.
For four weeks, Copper Chimney brings North India to the table. Three regions. Two buffet phases. One journey through the lesser-seen, deeply loved vegetarian cooking of the mountains, deserts and plains.
This is not your usual Indian buffet. Every dish has a story — a region, a kitchen, a reason it has been cooked the same way for generations. Come once for Uttarakhand's mountain comfort. Come back for Rajasthan's royal spice and Punjab's heartland warmth.

THE JOURNEY
Three regions.
One table.
Each week of the buffet is dedicated to a different corner of North India. The menu changes. The story continues.
Uttarakhand
15 – 30 JULY
High in the Himalayas, where the air is thin and the cooking is deeply nourishing. Uttarakhand's vegetarian food is built for altitude — slow-cooked, spiced with care, and deeply rooted in the mountain way of life. These are dishes you will not find on most menus in Singapore.
↳ MOUNTAIN COMFORT FOOD
1 AUGUST – 16 AUGUST
Rajasthan
The desert kingdom that turned scarcity into art. Rajasthani vegetarian cooking is bold, layered and unexpectedly rich — built by royal kitchens and village hearths in equal measure. Think gram flour dumplings, tangy curry bases and dal cooked with desert spices.
↳ ROYAL DESERT FLAVOURS
Punjab
India's most generous kitchen. Punjab feeds the country and then some — its vegetarian food is as abundant as the mustard fields that stretch to the horizon. Earthy, butter-forward and built for sharing. This is the food people miss most when they move away.
↳ HEARTLAND COMFORT
