every day we're open. The buffet is the variable: five dishes at a time, drawn from eleven, changing through the run.
Which is a long way of saying you can come twice and not eat the same lunch.

Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Five live counters and the full street-food buffet, as much as you like, until five o'clock.
Is everything vegetarian?
Every dish, yes. The whole menu is vegetarian.
When is it on?
Tuesday to Sunday, 8–27 September, noon to 5pm. Closed Mondays.
What's on the buffet today?
Five dishes at a time, drawn from a list of ten and changing through the run — so it's worth coming more than once.
Where is the chaat buffet?
Level 2, 100 Syed Alwi Road, opposite Mustafa Centre Gate 2 — a short walk from Farrer Park MRT. Copper Chimney on Level 1 is open as usual.
Can I order from the regular menu?
The full Copper Chimney à la carte runs at both sittings. ShoSha will remain closed between 12pm-5pm.
Is it halal?
Halal certified.
What about children?
$9.90++ for children aged 6 to 11. Under 5 eat free.
