HOW IT WORKS
Copper Chimney lives on the first floor. ShoSha is on the second. For three weekends the second floor becomes the counter room — Copper Chimney takes it for the afternoon, ShoSha takes it back at seven. One kitchen feeds both, which is why you can still order anything off the Copper Chimney menu at any point in the day.
ShoSha's sizzlers and grills are off for all nine days. Copper Chimney downstairs is open as usual.

Is the entire menu vegetarian?
Lunch is, entirely — every dish at the chaat buffet is vegetarian. Dinner isn't: the sushi and pasta counters include salmon, prawn and chicken, alongside vegetarian options.
Is dinner a buffet too?
No. Dinner is ordered by the plate — sushi from $8.90++, pasta from $11.90++. Order one thing or seven.
When is it on?
Friday to Sunday only, on 4–6, 11–13 and 18–20 September.

Do I need to book in advance?
Reservations are strongly recommended. Nine days is not very many.
Where is the chaat buffet?
Level 2, 100 Syed Alwi Road, opposite Mustafa Centre Gate 2 — a short walk from Farrer Park MRT. Copper Chimney on Level 1 is open as usual.
Can I order from the regular menu?
